Some dreams are not shattered by a lack of talent—they are shattered by a system that people no longer trust.

I have met countless talented and deserving candidates in government and private libraries. Many came from Thar, Shikarpur, and other remote areas, belonging to financially struggling families. They had very limited resources, yet they were rich in courage, determination, and unwavering faith.

I, too, have experienced moments of pain, uncertainty, and disappointment. Those experiences taught me how heartbreaking it is to see deserving candidates lose hope after dedicating years of hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance.

In my view, the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) must ensure that every recruitment process is transparent, fair, and strictly merit-based. Many candidates have expressed concerns regarding recruitment processes, including the Engineering Cadre and the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE). These concerns deserve to be addressed openly and impartially to restore public trust in the institution.

Every deserving candidate deserves justice—not uncertainty. Merit should never be overshadowed by influence or privilege. The future of our youth and the credibility of our public institutions depend on transparency, accountability, and equal opportunity for all.
