Karachi Desk)Speaking to the media in Lahore, former federal minister Asad Umar said the PTI founder should also be included in discussions regarding the creation of new provinces.
He said there could be no meaningful discussion on the creation of provinces without the involvement of the PTI founder.
Asad Umar said the issue of creating new provinces should be discussed in all provincial assemblies and that broad consultation was necessary.
The former federal minister also strongly criticised the Punjab government over the problems faced by farmers, saying the provincial government had not treated farmers properly.
He demanded that the Punjab government formally apologise to farmers for its unfair treatment and resign from office.
